Qol360 offers 2 different packages for the in-app purchases, you can subscribe to either of them and avail the ad free version.
 
1- You can pay $1.99 / Month and avail the service for the next 30 days

2- You can pay $19.99 / Year and avail the service for the next 365 days.  

If you choose to upgrade to monthly subscription, a payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the end of the period which is 1 month. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your account settings in the iTunes Store. No cancelation of current subscriptions is allowed during the active subscription period.
